About Me

I completed PhD from Mohamed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI). At MBZUAI, I was affliated with the Intelligent Visual Analytics Lab (IVAL) where I was primarily advised by Dr. Salman Khan. My secondary advisor was Dr. Fahad Khan.

I received my Masters degree in Wireless Communications from the Lunds Teckniska Hogskola , LTH, Sweden. After graduation, I worked as a System Engineer at ACES, Pakistan) before again transitioning into academia in 2020 and joining MBZUAI as a PhD student under Dr. Salman Khan

Research Interests

• Computer Vision: VLM reasoning, image recognition, image Segmentation in cluttered scenes, underwater detection
• Machine Learning: Optimization, , transfer learning, Fundamentals
